しかし、断片的な状況説明が多く、日本政府が現状をどう評価し、どのような解決のシナリオを描いているのかは分かりづらいようだ。もっと事態の全体像が理解できるような発信を心がけないと、国際社会の不安を和らげることができない。
とかいうけど、日本では報道が変なんだよ。

One factor that might determine how serious the situation becomes is whether the uranium oxide pellets in the rods stay vertical even if the cladding burns off. This is possible because pellets sometimes become fused together while in the reactor. If the pellets stay standing up, then even with the water and zirconium gone, nuclear fission will not take place, Mr. Albrecht said.

でなければ、口をつぐめ。黙っていろ。そして二度、二度と、あやふやな付け焼刃の知識や、知ったかぶりや、仄めかしの披露などをするな。
もう一度いう。黙れ。ここでちょっと真意を追加しておこうかなとか、ちょっと説明しておこうかな、とか書き出したら、いい恥さらしだぜ。
あのとき、「噂」だけでどれだけの人が迷惑し、死ぬ思いをしたか（実際に「言葉だけで」死人は増えなかったとも思いますが）経験した人間としては、私は、finalvent氏の言動は許せませんね。
というわけで、「finalvent氏の言動は許せません」ということだよ。
