NKZ Did North Korea Just Test a Nuke?

There is already suspicion that this was a nuke test. If it was, then according to the NY Times report, it's likely to have been a plutonium bomb. Our RC-135 aircraft will be able to detect the radiation. Seismic sensors will give us a good idea of the magnitude of the blast, and whether it came from a remote area or, say, a chemical factory.
